Kimco is appealing the Howard County Zoning Board’s decision to deny the petition to redevelop the Hickory Ridge Village Center. The appeal will be heard by the Circuit Court. Kimco’s attorney has filed a motion supplement to the Zoning Board case record with additional materials. The attorney for Hickory Ridge filed a motion in response to Kimco’s motion.
