Hickory Ridge Resale Documents

If you are selling your home, you will need the Resale Documents for both Hickory Ridge Community Association and Columbia Association. There are two options for obtaining these documents:

1. They are available in hard copy at the Village Office for $20.
2. You may download these documents, but you must make sure to download BOTH the Hickory Ridge Community Association and Columbia Association documents.

Download resale documents:

1. Hickory Ridge Community Association documents include a Village map, current budget, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Covenants and Architectural Guidelines.
2. Columbia Association documents include the Charter, Bylaws and Deed, Agreement and Declaration of Covenants, Easements, Charges and Liens.

In addition to the resale documents, you will need a letter stating whether your property in Hickory Ridge is in compliance with the Covenants. To request a compliance inspection, please fill out and return the request form.
