Stream Clean-up Event a Huge Success

About 80 residents donned gloves and safety vests to clean debris out of the streams and open space in the Hawthorn neighborhood on Saturday, March 25.  Cub Scout Packs 702 and 720 led the way along with a large group of families and individuals who also volunteered.  Over 80 bags of trash and recycle were collected along with a wide range of assorted debris including tires, a fire extinguisher, microwave, electric scooter, toys, hubcap and even a chandelier!  Thanks to all who helped towards such a great turnout.
